Oxfordshire and Suffolk appear in the Registry

Both Oxfordshire and Suffolk have now arrived on the registry. The flags were registered in principle earlier in the year (May and September respectively) though have been waiting for suitable artwork to be drawn up before actually appearing on the registry.
