Herefordshire, one of the final three historic counties in England without a community flag is to launch a competition in 2019. The Flag Institute are supporting this and will provide further information once the competition is open for submissions. So get your thinking caps on in readiness!
Once Herefordshire appears on the registry this will only leave Leicestershire and Hampshire left in England.
