Herefordshire, one of only three historic counties in England without a community flag, will launch a competition in 2019.
The Flag Institute are supporting the competition and will provide further information once submissions are open.

Once Herefordshire appears in the UK Flag Registry, only Leicestershire and Hampshire will remain.
