Last year’s Winter Conference and President’s Dinner was so successful that the Flag Institute is returning to Birmingham, and to St Paul’s.
Several Birmingham VIPs will again attend, adding to the glamour of the occasion and underlining how much the city values such prestigious visitors.
The meal will cost £35 a head.
The dress code will be black tie and the time will be 19:30 for 20:00
