The World Series of Flags has its first winner. After a record Twitter vote, Penkhull scooped the British, European and World titles. The Stoke-on-Trent community narrowly defeated Tiree for the crown of most popular community flag. Congratulations to two great flags – Penkhull‘s cockerel and Tiree‘s ‘Sun of Barley’. And thanks, too, to all who took part or voted.
