    I thought the Yorkshire rose depicted on this flag was introduced in about 2003? The rose on the Yorkshire flag prior to this was the more simple White, black, green and yellow design.

    Should yorkshire rose have 2 petals at bottom or at the top

      Depends on the riding. Also a theory that on petal at the top and two at bottom creates a Y for Yorkshire shape. This is disputed by some however.
