The flag was slightly redesigned in 2013 which saw a reduction in the number of spears, a tilt to the alignment of the globe and a deepening of the colours.
The 3:5 ratio flag here is for countries, like the UK, that have national flags in that same ratio. A 1:2 ratio version is available for countries that have national flags in the this alternative ratio (such as Canada and Australia).
