The Flag Institute makes the pages of the latest (5 February 2020) issue of Country Life!
As well as the property, interior design, gardening and cookery articles which are the magazine’s staple, there’s a full-colour cover featuring county flags and a seven-page article by Eleanor Doughty. Extensively quoted are the Flag Institute’s own Communities Vexillologist, Philip Tibbetts, and President, Malcolm Farrow. The spread follows two other recent articles on the same topic – one in the Scottish newspaper The Herald, and the other in Design Week – both placing special emphasis on county flags north of the border.
